Hmm, bad news...

Not entirely bad news. The good news is I won't have permanent, painful knee damage. The bad news is I already have permanent cartilage damage and will be having surgery to remove a piece of calcified cartilage from my knee. So, I have been strongly advised not to run the race. I do think I can still be a driver and team leader. I'll be checking with Dan on the details so I'll keep you posted!
